Rich Art

My single line abstract style isn't for everyone - but using some more straightforward (and circular) shapes, I played with a different view. Rich Art was inspired by my engineer spouse to lean into a more simplistic approach on paper. The lines and open circles intersect and run off the page with an overlapping line approach leaving some unfilled spaces on the page. The small and large chasms between the interesting lines are each filled with a differing color from its neighbors resulting in a semi-randomized color block effect. Rich Art is colored pencil and ink on sketch paper.
